Dental Case Packaging Tutorial
Recommended Method for Safe Transportation
1. Dental Case Packaging Video Guide
To help prevent damage during transportation, we kindly recommend packaging Dental Cases according to the video guide below.
This method reflects the standard packaging process used in our lab and has proven effective in reducing transit-related damage.
2. Dental Case Packaging Text-based tutorial
This tutorial demonstrates the exact packaging method we use in our lab to protect Dental Cases during transportation. The entire process uses two long strips of bubble wrap and follows a front–back–first, then side protection sequence.
Step 1. Prepare the Dental Cases and Bubble Wrap
Ensure each Dental Case is clean, dry, and fully set.
Prepare two long strips of bubble wrap, which will be used separately for:
- front and back protection
- side protection
Place the Dental Cases on a flat surface before starting.

Step 2. Wrap the First Dental Case (Front and Back)
Place the first Dental Case onto the first strip of bubble wrap. Fold the bubble wrap over from one side to cover the front and back surfaces of the Dental Case. Continue wrapping until the front and back are fully protected.

Step 3. Add the Second Dental Case Using the Same Bubble Wrap
After the first Dental Case is wrapped around the front and back, place the second Dental Case symmetrically against the first, sharing the same bubble wrap strip. Ensure there is bubble wrap between the two Dental Cases so they do not make direct contact. Continue wrapping so that the front and back of both Dental Cases are fully covered together.

Step 4. Seal the Front and Back Wrap with Tape
Once the front and back protection is complete, use tape to seal the bubble wrap, securing the package so it does not loosen or open. This completes the first stage of protection.

Step 5. Wrap the Sides Using the Second Bubble Wrap Strip
Place the sealed Dental Cases onto the second strip of bubble wrap. Wrap the bubble wrap around the sides of both Dental Cases, ensuring all side surfaces are fully covered.

Step 6. Secure the Side Wrap and Reinforce the Corners
Use tape to secure the side wrap firmly.

Finally, apply tape to the corners and angles to reinforce the package and prevent the bubble wrap from shifting during transportation.
Final Check Before Shipment
Before placing the Dental Cases into the shipping box, confirm that:
- Front, back, and sides are fully protected
- Dental Cases do not move inside the bubble wrap
- All tape seals are secure
This packaging method helps significantly reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
